I need to type information from line to line without
pressing the return key in tables. What can I do to make
this happen?

try using text box form fields for data entry. They you can use TAB to move
around the form

If text is not wrapping in table cells, go to Table Properties | Cell:
Options... and make sure that "Wrap text" is checked.
