tables

I am in the process of updating a directory and am using
the table to do this. Whenever I delete a name not being
used anymore, or insert a new name, I get a space between
the table. It is almost as if I have several small tables.
I would like to know how I could join these to look like
one big table. I hope this makes some sense.

Hi Rita

Click the ¶ button on the standard toolbar. It will display non-printing characters, including a ¶ sign for every paragraph. If
there's an empty paragraph between two tables, just delete it and the two tables will magically become one.
