Tables

[Urban Planning Major]

I have a big database that I am cleaning up and will eventually add a
switchboard too. Nevertheless how can I tell if every form has a table
associated to it? To identify the tables that doesn’t have forms.

Tools > Analyze > Documenter
Choose the options you need. I think you can narrow it down to viewing just
the Data information for forms.
However, you will need to find tables not associated with forms by process
of elimination. I don't think there is a way of looking at a list of tables
(at least not with the Documenter) and seeing the forms that are bound to
those tables. The Documenter prints a list of Properties. The Record
Source is a form property, but a table's properties do not include forms or
reports to which the table is bound.
Note that a table that is not bound to a form or report may still be used in
a query, as a lookup table, etc.
