tablet to traditional pc

I have a Tablet PC and OneNote came with it on the Windows XP Tablet Edition.
I was wondering if it would be possible to download OneNote to my
traditional PC from the Windows XP Tablet. Thanks.

Do you have the trial version installed, or is this the full version with a
CD included from the Tablet PC manufacturer?

If it is the full version on a CD, then just install it using that CD. If
it is a version which came with the OEM Tablet PC, I doubt you're going to
be able to move it because it is probably part of that manufacturer's setup.
