tabloid newsletter

I have a newsletter which needs to be printed on 11 x 17
paper. It is 12 pages...3 tabloid pages (4 pages on each
side of the 11x17 paper)

My question is how to I format the document to print on
11 x 17, so pages 12, 1 and then pages 2, 11...etc.

Help fast.
