Tabs disappearing off top of form

I am in the process of creating a form with 3 tabbed pages to which I
have inserted 3 subforms. When I go into form view and click on of the 3
tabs they all disappear off the top of the form and the only way I can
get them back into view again is to go into design view.
How do I stop this happening?

Is there a chance the size of the form is larger than the "size" of the
screen?

The sizes of the tabbed forms are nominally 22cms x 33cms, and set to
the top of the screen in design view.
Now 2 of the tabs are more or less visible, and work/show normally, but
the 3rd tab when clicked makes all 3 invisible/dissappear.
I am trying to reduce the size of the actual tab form in design view,
but although it looks as though it will rezize when clicked or grabbed,
as soon as I let go it just stays as the original size!
It would seem to be a design problem somewhere, but I am struggling to
find the solution.
