Tabs look okay on screen - print out wrong

I have been using Word 2007 (using windows XP) for a month. I have been
typing up information, using tabs (single spaced) to line up about 9 lines of
information.

John Jonson 10

It worked fine and then all of a sudden last week, it printed out with some
of the numbers lined up and some were not. It looks okay on the screen and
the paragraph marker shows no extra spaces, etc. Does anyone know why this
started happening? Even after rebooting, it continues.????

You are posting to an Access Database newsgroup - the Word group should have
better answers. But maybe your problem is with the fonts installed on your
printer. Try another font in Word that your printer has installed on it.
