For some reason my tab button stopped working. I was
typing along and it was working fine and then all of a
sudden I hit the tab key and it took me to My Documents!!
Now I can't get it to work. I hit the tab key and nothing
happens. I checked under tabs and they are set at a
default of 0.5. HELP!!

Robin,

It sounds like you might have a stuck ALT Key.

ALT+TAB is a windows command that toggles between
applications (i.e., from Word to Explorer My Documents).
If all other applications are closed, nothing happens.

What happens when you press say the "V" key? Does the the
View menu open? Another sign of a stuck ALT key.

You may need to swap keyboards, or if that option isn't
available, fiddle with the ALT key to see if you can clear
it.
