Tabulate responses to my form

Hi,

I need to be able to tabulate the responses to my Outlook
2000 form in an Access 2000 table.

How do I "export" the responses to an Access table?

The form asks respondents who they would like to hear
speak at the upcoming convention (shown as 5 checkboxes)

Also, it asks them to prioritize each of the speakers they
pick from 1 to 5.
