Tabulating students marks & get output as Grace, Supple or Failed

Sir, I was just preparing a Database for tabulation of marks, I found these
following limitations :-
Tabulation of Marks of students and getting output as:-
1. Total Subjects = 6 (Code P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6 resp.)
2. Check for each subject
If Marks >50, "Passed". OR IF Marks <50, "Grace of 5 marks"(maxim, only
if failed in One subject) OR (If failed in more than One subject than)
"Supple" & "Subject_code(s)"

Please explain this a little more in a different way.
Can you give examples of what this means?
