tag with autotext

I would like to create a custom tag that includes text and the current
date/time. (for example, blue triangle with "DB Entered 06/21/08 10:06" )

Is there any way to include text, and especialy the time stamp?

There is not a way to add the date or time automatically to a text tag.

You can type SHIFT+ALT+D to insert the date, or SHIFT+ALT+T to quickly
insert the current time. And SHIFT+ALT+F inserts the current date AND time.
