I've gotten all my questions answered so far so I'm going to try again.

What I'm trying to do is create a log of items that need to be tracked for
completion. I need to be able to see how many of the items logged have been
completed each month. I thought if I tagged the items (to do) I could check
the boxes as the items were completed then see how many of my boxes were
checked to get my totals. (I hope this makes sense so far)
I can't find a way to see a total number of checked items.

See all tags is available and I can select only the checked tags to look at
but it shows all checked tags throughout the notebook and not the (single
page) I'm looking at. It also doesn't give me a total. I would still have to
count them.

Any suggestions on an easier way to calculate the total number of completed
items on a page? I'm talking about a list of 150 logged items or more.

Thanks in advance

There seems to be a bug in ON2007 with SP1.

I have three to do tags in different pages all unchecked. When I first
listed them all were shown. When I checked one, selected the 'Show
only unchecked items' option then clicked Refresh Results none were
shown (there should have been two shown). However, if I then choose a
different option for 'Group Tags By:' the correct results are shown -
even when I change it back to the original value.

Sounds like a bug. Please log it at http://connect.microsoft.com.
