Tags for each notebook.

I know we can select tags from a notebook to use them in the tags bar, but
wouldn't it make more sense that the task bar changed for each notebook?
Nobody will use the same tags for a research draft, a journal, planning
vacations and we all are in several situations or roles, for which we use
different notebooks.

The number of symbols is not big but this is not a big problem as we can use
one for several things. But the access to the symbols is a problem, not just
because of the space in the screen (hidden ones are tedious) but specially
because if we uses frequently, we want to access them with a keyboard shorcut
and we only have ten of this. The number of keyboard shortcuts should be also
increased (that's easy), but it would be still great to be able to see all
the codes and just the codes we use for each notebook. Each time we select a
notebook the bar codes would change accordingly.

Thank you for your feedback - we appreciate that you took the time to send it
to us. Unfortunately we did not have time to implement this suggestion in
OneNote 2007. However we will take this feedback into consideration as we
start planning for the next release of OneNote.

Thanks,
The OneNote team.

Ok, great. Just that I have seen that sometimes you (OneNote team) refer to
"next release" in the answers. Do you mean a Service Release 1 or another
complete new version of OneNote?

There is no information suggesting that OneNote is ever going to have
tags. Don't count on it.
