Take query email addresses and have them be recipients in Lotus No

V

Hi. I have a huge database project which does many different things. One
thing that I need/want it to do is take email addresses from a query with
many different columns (phone, fax, etc) and then have those email addresses
in the "to:" field of Lotus Notes.

The query has different email results depending on if the person wants to
view managers, directors, etc. These results appear on a form.

Is there any way so that when someoen clicks a button on the form, it will
set up a Lotus email to all of those people currently being displayed on the
form (which data is directly from the query)?

I found this site
http://groups-beta.google.com/group...4be3100?tvc=1&scrollSave=&&d#f8ef46d604be3100
but I have no idea what it means.

If anyone could help me, that would be wonderful. I am pretty new to
Access, so if anyone gives me "coded" statements, I would appreciate if you
could tell me where to put it: VB, SQL view, etc.

Thanks!
