I use screenclips alot for various things and sometimes I cannot remember
what my original intent was for use of the clip (a presentation, to show
someone, etc.)... it would help if there was an option (as there are options
for displaying the clips on the icon bar) to enable a prompt to appear
directly after clipping- the prompt would be a box in which to type notes
that automatically is stored with the screenclip. then, you do not have to
even open the onenote app to write a note alongside a clip. Also, when you go
to the sidenotes you can view the note on the same page as the clip, with an
option to hide the note (like a tag).
