Talking characters in PPT

Dear Group,

I am looking for an animation package that I can use to create simple
animated characters that can talk. I have a series of WAV files that I want
each character to say. I must be able to import the finished characters
directly into PPT XP (e.g. no .exe files etc). so that I can put the whole
thing onto a self-running CD.

Any ideas on what package to look for would be greatly appreciated.
