How can I set up a sheet that will tally items marked on a form consising of
14 box all of which have 4 choices (radio buttons). Each of the 14 boxes
contain different choices but each choice identifies one of 4 types of
criteria of which I desire to be tallied. My intent is to put these pages
into a website for people to access and come out with an end result (which
will provide a personality type based on the answers they provide in the
original form) I've seen such pages on other sites but don't know how to do
it myself.
