TAPI Link

I am trying to configure my outlook concacts to us a Toshiba Strata Link between Outlook and the Toshiba Phone System. I need to know where to configure the dialing properties to set up the TAPI Link. Does anyone know where that is in Outlook 2002?

AFAIK, Outlook has no such configuration set up. See if Toshiba can tell you how to set it up for any Windows application.
