TAPI Screen Pops

I am trying to figure out whether Outlook 2003 supports TAPI, and if so which
features it supports.
I am trying to integrate Outlook with a PBX manufacturer and have their
TSP/TAPI driver.
Will Outlook support screen pops, in addition to computer based dialing from
the contact screen?
