target language error

When I try to save my file as a web page it keeps coming up with an error
saying that it cannot find the target language files on my computer. Since
I'm working in English I don't understand why it is doing this or what I can
do to fix it.

What version Publisher?
I imagine this article will help, it will be about the same in 2007.

Thank you very much. I found this answer the first time this happened to me.
Unfortunately I didn't print it off and couldn't remember what I had done.
