Targets & Limits in a Chart

I'm hoping someone out there can help me.

I've set up a chart using dynamic ranges with the X axis showing dates.
I would like add a target line to the chart, but without having to
make multiple entries of the same target amount.

I'm therefore looking at a way I can just enter a figure in a single
cell and that figure is used throughout the chart as a target for each
of the populated days.
