Task 0 Removed, which removed % complete function

I am using Project Server 2003, new administrator. I had a user remove the 0
Task bar, which adds up the % complete. How do I get the 0 taks back, so
that the system will calculate % complete?

Open the project in question, click Tools - Options, select the View tab,
select the "Show project summary task" option, and then click OK. Hope this
helps.
