Task Approvals

Is there any way to see the task awaiting to be approved by another PM? One
of our PMs is on Leave and has some task pending approval in her box. How do
we go about getting that information that is in her approval box? Is there
anyway as Administrator someone would be able to get that information?

Open the other PMs project. Apply the Gantt Chart view and then temporarily
insert the Status Manager column. In the Status Manager column, select your
name for the tasks with pending updates. Save the project and then publish
it. You should now see the pending updates on your Task Updates page in
PWA, where you can approve them or reject them as needed. Hope this helps.
