Task assigment parameter values not valid/Outlook Must close

I am using Outlook 2003 with sbs exchange 2003. I'm getting two errors. The
first: Please save the task order by clicking save Task Order on the Actions
menu in the Tasks folder. The view must not be filetered or grouped for Save
Task Order to be available. Could not complete the operation. One or more
parametr values are not valid. I get this error consistently when I try to
assing new task.
The second error just says there has been error in Outlook 2003 it must
close. Do you want to send data for crash analysis....etc.
