task bar disappeared

Hello, my task bar disappeared recently. I am using Alt commands to
accomplish things Like saving, printing etc. Really frustrating. I tried
some suggestions that Microsoft site said to try, but had no luck. Help
me, please! Thanks!

I assume its the formatting toolbar you have lost?

try clicking, view - toolbar - formatting
