Task % Complete Reflected in Summary Bars

I work in Project 2000 and have been having trouble with
some of my summary bars not reflecting the % complete of
the subtasks below them. I have many tasks that have
either been 100% complete or 50 to 25% complete and the
summary bar does not show the % complete.

Thank you for any help you can provide me.

June,
What value is shown in the %Complete field at the Summary Line? Is it 0%
or simply a value you don't quite understand? If it is zero, it may be
that Tools/Options/Calculation tab is set for 'manual'. If so, change it
to 'automatic'. Or it could be that the subtasks under the Summary Line
are all milestones in which case they must all be 100% to get a non-zero
value at the Summary Line. Or, see the next paragraph.

Here are the basics. Percent Complete for a Summary Line is calculated
by Project using the following formula:
(Sum of Actual Duration of all subtasks)/(Sum of Duration of all
subtasks) x 100%
Keep in mind that subtasks of a Summary Line are NOT next tier Summary
Lines. Subtasks are performance tasks, that is, tasks with action verbs
descriptions and that normally have resources assigned.

Thank you John. In looking at my project schedule I do see
that it's the milestone % completion that's not showing.
