I have two users that are having problems with their tasks. They go
into the task and everything is missing, or they have the error
"Error: invalid RTF" where there used to be an attachment. In on of
the tasks there is some formatting on the left hand side, but no
charcters. I thought maybe the text was just the same colour as the
background, but it didn't change anything when changed the font
colour. I'm wondering if anyone has come across this before. The two
users that are experiencing the problem are using a mix of Outlook
2003 and Outlook 2007. Could this be caused by the different versions
of Outlook accessing the file? or possibly a corrupt task? Would an
ISINTEG help?
