Task delegation: error in page.. Project server 2003 SP3

Hi,

Since I installed Project Server 2003's Service Pack 3, I'm getting a page
error in the last step of task delegation.. When I click on the send button,
there is an error in internet explorer...

I click on the error and I can see this:

Internet Explorer
Problems with this Web page might prevent it from being displayed properly
or functioning properly.

Line: number
Char: number
Error: 'document.frames.idExecASP.document.all.nErr.value' is not an object
Code: 0
URL: http://server/site/Tasks/DelegatePage.asp?

It seems to be the same error described in
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/274290/en-us

But the code has changed now, so the old solution is not valid any more..
Can someone help me fixing this please?? Everything was OK in SP2.. and it
seems there is no way to return to SP2

Please help..

Thanks..

I saw your first couple of posts on this as well. Service Pack 3 has
been out for only a couple of weeks, so there is not much experience
with it. Also, after the Service Pack 2 -> 2a release, I think most
Project Server users will be slow to update.

So I think your best path for an answer on this will be to contact
Microsoft Support.

I just wanted you to know that your posts are being seen, but I don't
think anyone has any ideas on what the cause could be. Maybe someone
else will chime in with an idea? And yes, things have changed quite a
bit since Project 2000.

Hi There Averied,

I had just posted a message regarding SP3, and then noticed your issue
below. Are you still getting this issue? If you are, would you mind
helping me (and the rest of the group :) ) by trying to list the steps to
reproduce this error? If there is indeed an issue with SP3 I think we need
to get it out in the open and reported as soon as possible, to prevent some
hurt for other users...

thanks :)

I actually paid the 250 bucks and contacted Microsoft on this issue.
Microsoft confirmed that this IS a bug and they are working on it with no
ETA. Not good news, I know, but at least they are owning up to this.
Hopefully they get this corrected soon because my Project Manager and end
users are hella pissed at me for this. I do not want to roll back to our
backed up copy of a SP2 database and reinstall.
