Task delegation

Hello,
One of my users can't delegate any task. He gets the error message : "There
is not any resource available for task delegation. Either you don't have the
permissions..."
What are the permissions which are needed for a user can delegate a task?

Newbie --

The My Tasks category determines to which resources a team member can
delegate tasks. In the Resources section, you may wish to select the "All
current and future resources" option. Hope this helps.

I am not sure but I think in order to delegate a task you need to see other
resources.

Does the user have the permission to view other resources?

In fact, the user can see only one resource : himself.

It seems that the user which want to delegate tasks must have also the
following permissions :
- Assign Resource
- Approve Resource Timesheet
Does I forget something?
