Task doesn't update for sender when deligate completes it.

We have a manager email account that we assign tasks from.

If one person with Editor priviledges helps out someone else with their
tasks, the task on the manager account doesn't get updated as complete. Only
when the original owner completes the task will it complete the original.

Any ideas?
