Task Filtering

Does anyone know how to filter tasks so that the following tasks are viewed...

1. Due Date on or before Today w/Status <> Complete AND
2. Start Date on or before Today w/Status <> Complete AND
3. Completion Date = Today

Essentially I want to see Tasks that are Due and Started on or before Today
(that are not complete) and any Tasks that were completed on Today's date.
