Task flag summary

Hi -

In the flag summary (my To Do list) when I check a task as completed, or
delete a task, I want to get rid of it in the original section as well as
opposed to having to wade through all sections to find and check/delete it
there as well. Any ideas?

You can enable the "Show only unchecked items" in the Notes Flag Summary.
Most people prefer to have the record of the original item in the context
in which the note was taken.

There is no way to delete automatically when you check a note as completed.
You would have to click on the item in the NFS and delete it from the
original page.

You could also periodically archive or Close old notes such that they are
no longer included in the NFS. I archive then Close and delete old files
annually.
