The Project Master
I would like to create an overall project summary task called "Project
Management" that begins on the start date of the first detail task & ends on
the finish date as the last detail task. As each of the tasks of the project
are changed (e.g., duration, start & end dates), I would like this summary
task to also adjust as the # of the hours on
the project changes. I would then like to assign a project manager to the
"Project
Management" task at a specific hourly rate and then have that task included
in the project reports with its associated cost.
Can anyone assist me?
