Task Form error in workflow: FileNotFound

An unexpected FileNotFound failure occurred loading assembly: Could not load
file or assembly 'file:///C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web
Server Extensions\12\Template\Features\AcrWorkflow4\Form\AcrTaskB2.dll' or
one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

I have no idea what the problem is. The form has full trust. The .xsn file
is in the filepath specified above. When I open the form in that directory in
designer and do a "Save As Source Files" the dll is there. Quiese is off and
set to normal on the server.

Any other suggestions before I call MS up?
