Task form field autonumber

Bob

In Outlook 2000, I'd like to create a custom field on a
Task page. I'd like this field to have a number in it.
I'd like the number to increase by 1 everytime a new task
is opened. So when I open the first task, the field
reads 1, then the next task shows "2" in the field, etc.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you
