Task form

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this question

there is 67 tasks
a person could do anywhere from 5 to 10 of them during a shift
Can I make a form up that comes up on computer screen showing all of them
and person logs time and quantity for only the tasks they do?

I'd make a datasheet or continuous subform with a combobox for the Task and
textboxes for the duration (or 2 for start and end time) and the quantity.
