Task Forms

I am looking to create task forms for tasks a few tasks
that i create on a regular basis. i have a few that i
need to create, and am looking for the best way to do
this.
i have created one form, that is based on the standard
task request form. with the user that these are assigned
to, and the subject that i need (or the majority of it,
besieds the part that i need to add. i have also saved
this form. i can access it, and use it when i go to new -

choese form -> and browse for it.

My main question is now that i have a form created how
can i quickly link to it. i would like it to appear in
the new menu, or some key shortcut, or button on the
toolbar. how can i do this?

Thank you, one other thing. when i design new task forms,
and have them all set up. but when i open them to fill
in, the curesor is in the body. i had the cursor in the
subject, where i would like it. is there any way to set
this?

Is this on a custom page? If so, see if adjusting the tab order helps.
