Task ID's and Unique ID's

In the SQL file MSP_WEB_ASSIGNMENTS, does anybody know what it means if the
fields "TASK_ID" and "TASK_UID" have "-1" as values?

I believe that this means that the task was deleted from the project.

The task was created from PWA using the Create new task option (can't
remember right here and now the exact words on the link) or from a PDS
method call.
This entry will be replaced with a correct entry (having correct ids for
these fields) when the owner of the plan opens/saves and publishes the plan
again.
