I couldn't find the task manager tool at Groove 2007.
How can use it?

Task Manager Tool was removed from 2007.

You have (at least) two choices :
- Create your own tool based on Groove Forms
- Use Groove Partners Solutions. For example, Team Direction
(http://www.teamdirection.com) solutions should meet your requirements.
