Task Manager update to secure db

Is it possible to schedule an automatic update to a secure database? I want
to make sure the macro is run every day at 7:00 pm, even if I'm not in the
office. My db requires users to log on with user id and password. I've
never used windows task manager, but have seen other posts suggesting this
method. Can anyone steer me in the right direction?

Possible, yes, but the shortcut will have to specify the user ID and password
in addition to the database address and workgroup file.
