I'm trying to add a new main task - at the top level. But the option to "add
at the same level" is greyed out. What am I doing wrong?

The main task - at the top level is the task name in this Task Manager tool.
If you would like to create a new main task, please just create a new Task
Manager tool.

We can only have one top level main task in one Task Manager tool.
