Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server Error..."

Hi,
I'm using outlook2002. I setup the offiline folder, and every time when the
outlook does send/receive, it will give me the error "Task Microsoft
exchange server error :0x80004005. The operation failed"
Then pop up another message " Unable to update public free/busy
data........", anybody has idea? I did couple of clients, only some of them
have this problem.
