task must start on specific day of week.

Hello all,

Forgive me if this question has an obvious answer, but I have a task
that can only happen on a specific day of the week. Whats the best way
to set the task so that whenever the previous task finishes, Project
will automatically move this one to start on the next Wednesday?

Am I asking too much?

Hi,

You need to create a new Calendar that only has Wednesday as a working day.
(Tools, Change Working time)
In the Task's Information dialog (Press Shift+F2 to display) select the
Advanced tab then assign the new Wednesday calendar to the Task. Now the
only working time for the task is Wednesdays.
