Task not appearing to a resource

Hi all, I'm posting this for a colleague of mine. Any help would be
appreciated.

I've been working with Kerry on a task that she entered in EPM for a
bug fix associated with the Open House on HDB project. She added a NEW
task last week and charged time to it. This week when she tried to add
more time to it, she couldn't find it in PWA. I think it's because
I had not yet approved / accepted it. I did that, added 4 hours to the
task for this week, and republished the project plan & her changed
assignments. I can see it assigned to her in my Resources View (in the
picture below), but she can't see it. Is it possible that some
changes are not real-time and that there's some back-end / behind the
scenes updates made that won't be visible to users until the next
day? Have any of you had this problem before?

One possible cause: Make sure she has "All Task" selected on the left
sidebar and not "Current Task".
