Task not required

B

Bordoy

In my schedule I have a few tasks that are not my responsibility. I do not
want to delete so I can track but do not want it to impede 100% completion.
Is it possible to still show the task?

Hi,

Show where?
If yopu mean just in the task list, set duration to 0 then in Task
Information, advanced, cross out "Mark task as milestone"
But then it will not be visible in the Gantt Chart.
Otherwise, just show the expected duration and when they're done set to 100%
complete

This might be obvious - also make sure to remove all resources from the task
if you don't want these costs to roll-up.
