Task not showing for updates

Some tasks from the project plan do not appear for a resource when they are
trying to update % complete. They are in his timesheet and in the project,
he has assignments (5%) and remaining work. One task is in the past; another
is due this week. We are using Project 2007 and Server 2007.

Stacy,

Another reason I have seen this happen is the schedule having two names for
the same resource and the tasks in question are assigned to the
non-enterprise name. Just a thought.

Just another suggestion to help trouble shoot, can you enter % complete into
the timesheet where the tasks do appear and then inport to my tasks?

Verify that the assignment owner of each of these tasks is set to the
resource you want to be updating them.
