Task notes - View and Edit by all

Hi,

I'd have a question regarding PWA. In PWA, when using
the "Tasks" section, users are able to enter notes and see
notes entered by others. In the "Project" section however,
I could only create a view that allows everyone to see all
notes assigned to each task. Using this custom view, users
are NOT able to add or edit notes.

Question: Is there any way for me to enable all users to
edit and add notes to ALL tasks, regardless whether they
are assigned to a specific task as a resource or not?

No, this is not possible. Project Server assumes that people only have
permission to add Notes to tasks to which they are assigned. Sorry.
