Task Notes visible to others

Hello

Hope you can shed some light.

Team Members regularly use Task Notes to add additional information to
backup hours spent on a task. However in a number of cases one persons task
notes are visible to other Team Members. On un related tasks. However this
is not a consistent problem.

Anyone have any idea what is going on?

Chris -

Notes are associated with the task, not the resource. If you have a
note on a task that has multiple resources, all resources will be able
to see the note.
