Task Notes workaround in Project View of PWA

I understand the indicator field in the default Project View of PWA only
shows issues, risks, and documents associated with the project or task -
correct? Thus, linked notes do not show up in the project views.

Has anyone found a good workaround (besides adding the notes column to the
view) to show a complete view of task notes in the project view of PWA? Our
users would like the ability to see all notes associated with the project
tasks.
