Task Pane / Dialogue Box

We have a network in our office and everyone is using Office 2003. This
morning we noticed that EVERYONE lost the dialogue box, with tabs, when
selecting File\New. Previously the "New" menu item would bring-up a dialogue
box/task pane with tabs for our templates folders. Now we just get a
folder/file tree window.

Any ideas out there?

By default, File | New in Word 2003 opens the New Document task pane. Unless
you have substituted the FileNewDialog command for the FileNew command on
the File menu, you won't get the dialog.
